Terms of Service

What LocalLister does

LocalLister measures whether AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews mention a local business when people ask them for recommendations, and shows what may be holding that business back. We cover local businesses across the United States.

We offer:

• reports covering one AI engine: 2 free per account and email address, then a one-time payment of $19 for each further report;
• a full AI audit, for a one-time payment of $99; and
• monthly subscriptions: Core ($149/month) and Managed ($349/month).

No guarantee of AI recommendations

We do not control any AI assistant, and their answers change from one request to the next. A report describes what those assistants said when we asked. It is not a promise about what they will say later. We do not guarantee that any AI assistant will recommend your business, or any particular ranking, traffic, leads or revenue.

Reports and third-party content

Reports include answers generated by third-party AI services and information from public sources. That content can be wrong or out of date, and we are not responsible for what those services say.

Reports are for your own business decisions. Anything you enter to request a report, such as a business name or website, must be accurate and must not infringe anyone else's rights.

Accounts

Some features need an account. Keep your sign-in details secure: you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@locallister.app if you think someone else has used it.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may be added where required. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. That includes interfering with it, getting around its usage limits, running automated requests against it, or using reports to harass, mislead or defame anyone.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension, changes and governing law

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms, and when we do we will change the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell customers before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
